Meet Alan Fanning
Fishing has been part of Alan’s family for five generations. After completing his Leaving Cert, Alan followed in his father’s footsteps and has worked at sea ever since.

With over 34 years of experience, Alan has built a deep knowledge of local waters, fishing grounds, and life at sea. In February 2019, he launched his current vessel, Lily Tom 3, a boat built from years of hands-on experience and dedication to the fishing industry.

Alan’s passion began at a young age, fishing lobster with his grandfather during school holidays — experiences that shaped the skills, knowledge, and love of the ocean he brings to every charter today.

Meet Lorik Hart
Originally from Tasmania, Lorik brings more than 20 years of fishing experience to the team.
​
Much of his career was spent working the challenging waters of the Bass Strait off the coast of southern Victoria, targeting the world-renowned Tasmanian King Crab fishery.
​
His international experience, passion for fishing, and extensive time at sea make him a valuable part of every trip.
​
Together, Alan and Lorik combine decades of local and international fishing expertise to provide safe, professional, and memorable experiences on the water for anglers of all levels.
